Cyprus National Team lost 1-0 in Japan at an international friendly game at Saitama 2002 Stadium.

Japan is preparing for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and that was their last home game before the tournament in Brazil. 

Uchida Atsuto scored the decisive goal at the 43rd minute. 

Cyprus National Team performed very well and gained the respect from their opponents.
